🧠 Overwhelm & Mental Clutter
It can feel like your mind is always “on,” juggling too many thoughts at once.
→ In therapy, we explore ways to calm mental noise, strengthen focus, and create clarity around what truly matters.
🌧 Low Mood & Self-Doubt
It’s common to feel deflated or stuck when things feel harder than they “should.”
→ Therapy can help you reconnect with motivation, self-compassion, and small steps that bring a sense of progress.
💭 Anxiety & Worry
Many women with ADHD experience anxiety, racing thoughts, tension, and overthinking that never seems to stop.
→ Together, we build tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and understanding the patterns that drive anxious thinking.
⏰ Time, Focus & Organisation
Even simple tasks can feel overwhelming when time slips away or focus fades.
→ We explore personalised strategies to manage time, attention, and energy in ways that work for your brain.
⛰️ Relationship Challenges
From conflict and communication issues to emotional shutdowns, relationships can be complex.
→ I help you show up more honestly and skillfully with partners, family, and friends.
💔 Perfectionism & Inner Critic
You might hold yourself to impossibly high standards, then feel guilty or frustrated when you can’t meet them.
→ In therapy, we unpack those patterns gently, helping you build a kinder, more realistic relationship with yourself.

I work with Women who feel overwhelmed or exhausted by the constant mental juggling of work, life, and everything in between.
My approach is founded on evidence-based Psychological approaches, ADHD coaching and nervous system regulation, in a grounded and compassionate way.
I became passionate about this work through both my clinical experience and my love for helping Women reclaim energy, confidence, and self-trust in lives that often feel overwhelming.
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and I believe therapy is about coming home to yourself, understanding your unique brain, learning to trust yourself and building practical strategies that actually fit your life.
If you’re ready to explore therapy in a way that honours your brain, your emotions, and your story, I’d be honoured to support you through that process. My practice is located in Scarborough, Western Australia and I also offer online (telehealth) sessions.
